Camelot provide an innovative and cost effective solution to securing vacant properties: protection by occupation. This initiative currently protects thousands of properties across Europe from dilapidation and theft whilst bringing empty buildings back into use.
In 2006, Camelot was the first company in Ireland to introduce property protection by occupation: The ‘Live-in Guardian Solution’. Protecting properties through occupation prevents crime and the anti-social behavior associated with vacancy. Furthermore, housing Guardians prevents buildings falling into states of disrepair with Camelot carrying out reactive and preventative maintenance work when required.
Camelot also offer traditional security solutions, full facility management services, insurance and Make Space Pay, a package that could generate revenue from your vacant property.
