Appointment of Joint Receivers: Property at Princess Court, York Road, Leicester

Kevin Mersh and Matthew Nagle of Savills Commercial Limited were appointed Joint Receivers by KBC Bank (Ireland) Plc on 9th January 2012 in respect of a property at Princess Court, York Road, Leicester which is held by Independent Trustee Company Limited solely in the capacity of trustee of a tax exempt Delta Fund DF702186. KBC Bank Ireland plc, which appointed the joint receivers, acknowledge that it is without recourse to any personally or beneficially owned assets of Independent Trustee Company Limited or assets held by it on behalf of any other pension schemes in pursuance of amounts owing to it under the mortgage charged over the above property.
